Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

• Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

• Studio33 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

All sales are final.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us via email, studio33cosmetics@gmail.com, within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue so we can make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has entered processing, we are unable to make changes, cancel the order, or update the shipping address.

Pre-Orders

If an item is a pre-order, the estimated shipping time will be listed next to the product. 

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
