Our hair is 100% virgin  hair.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care and maintenance, our hair can last one year or longer.

Can the hair be colored or bleached?

Yes! Because our hair is virgin human hair, it can be professionally colored, bleached, and styled.

Can I straighten or curl the hair?

Absolutely! Treat it like your natural hair and always use a heat protectant.

We do also recommend using a hairspray of your choice to help hold the curl. 

Does the hair shed?

Minimal shedding is normal with any extensions. Proper care and sealing wefts after customization can help reduce shedding.

How many bundles do I need?

• 20–24”: 3 bundles recommended

• 26–30”: 4 bundles recommended

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping, which typically takes about 3-5 business days.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges. 

All sales are final.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pick-up is not available. 

Will the body wave stay wavy forever?

Body wave hair may loosen after washing but can easily be restyled.

Can I wear the hair while swimming?

Yes! Just rinse and condition the hair afterward to maintain its quality.

Can I dye the hair?

Yes! Our virgin hair can be professionally colored and customized. However, we do not recommend lifting the hair to extremely light shades (such as 613 blonde).

Because our hair is virgin hair—not raw hair—excessive bleaching can compromise its softness, strength, and overall longevity. To help the hair maintain its integrity and beautiful quality, we recommend staying within darker shades or making more gradual color changes whenever possible.

For the best results, we always recommend having your hair colored by a licensed professional.
